What do you do at Life Care?
I instruct patients on exercises and stretches specific to any pain or discomfort the patient is feeling alongside the Dr. in order to improve overall wellbeing of the patient. I also do other necessary modalities to improve the patient’s pain levels.
What is a fun fact about yourself?
I am a previous athlete and that is the reason for me working in Chiro/PT.

Keep your body moving, the moment you become stagnant, the body tightens up
